Clean Program: 3 Day Cleanse

This program was designed with the purpose to support the basic needs of the human body, while detoxifying and eliminating waste through the kidneys and liver, reviving the metabolism, bringing your body back to alkalinity, and giving you that amazing “clean” feeling inside. During the three days of the program, your body will begin to reset cravings and desire a healthy diet. It is of utmost importance during the cleanse that you abstain from consuming animal products, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, or any other substance that isn’t part of the Clean program. You want to allow the juices to do their job, without interfering with potential toxins.
At the start of the clean program, you will be provided with 3 days worth of 16 oz., freshly pressed juices the day before you begin, that should be consumed evenly throughout the day (about 2-3 hour intervals). Each are numbered, so you start with #1 upon waking and finish the day with #6, about two hours before bedtime.

Ultra Clean Program: 5 Day Cleanse

The Ultra Clean Program is very similar the Clean program but keeps you on for 2 days longer, prolonging the cleansing process and doubling the benefits. This program is geared more towards those that have done a juice cleanse before or know they have the willpower to abstain from solid foods and cravings for longer periods of time.
The first delivery includes 18 juices, and the second delivery includes 12 juices. The first delivery arrives the day prior to starting the program and the second delivery arrives the third day of your program.

Sip & Dine
The “Sip & Dine” program is designed for those who may be a bit apprehensive about giving up food for a few days or those who aren’t completely ready to take the full-on juicing plunge. Whether you choose the 3-day or 5-day program, you will receive 5 juices per day and a customized meal plan for dinner to accommodate dining in or out of the home. Basically, you juice for the day and eat a very clean, minimal dinner, which facilitates the detoxification process and will provide you the extra energy to add exercise into your cleansing program.
